**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Amsterdam. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and technical support to our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mind, and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Masimo's products and applications
  • Document and categorize customer inquiries and issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Engineering, Marketing, and Sales, to provide timely and effective solutions
  • Work closely with customers to identify potential training needs and propose solutions
  • Assist with delivery of Masimo parts to customers
  • Maintain a list of frequently asked questions and communicate product enhancement ideas to Engineering and Marketing

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or related field
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7/10 Professional operating systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary:** €50,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience
