Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to provide on-site technical support for all End User Computing devices at our Amsterdam office. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading incident resolution, problem management, and request fulfillment to achieve high standards of customer service and deliver optimal operational benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical Support:
  • Provide expert-level technical support for laptop, desktop, and mobility devices.
  • Resolve incidents, problems, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Incident Management:
  • Lead on the resolution of incidents, problems, and requests.
  • Ensure tickets are updated in a timely manner and adhere to required SLAs.
Troubleshooting:
  • Perform hardware and software troubleshooting for End User Computing devices.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
Asset Management:
  • Manage asset inventory and ensure accurate tracking of devices.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of device deployment and maintenance.
Communication:
  • Communicate effectively with end-users, IT teams, and vendors.
  • Provide clear and concise updates on issue resolution and progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL concepts and ServiceNow.
  • Excellent client management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
