Key Responsibilities

  • Addressing customer inquiries by providing timely and accurate responses;
  • Engaging with customers through various communication channels including phone, email, live chat, and messaging;
  • Delivering advanced sales support to ensure comprehensive solutions for customers;
  • Processing orders, resolving technical issues, and managing related administrative tasks;
  • Ensuring first-contact resolution for service inquiries, complaints, and complex customer questions across diverse topics;
  • Coordinating with management and other departments to guarantee complete resolution for customers;
  • Recognizing potential risks associated with certain inquiries or complaints;
  • Identifying cases that require escalation to an I&E advisor or Team Leader.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Dutch (native or C1/C2 level);
  • Proficient in English (minimum B1 level);
  • Exceptional listening and communication abilities;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Problem-solving aptitude;
  • Dynamic personality with a collaborative spirit;
  • High School diploma or equivalent;
  • EU work permit required for non-EU citizens.
