Position Overview:

The Data Analyst for Capital Equipment (CE) and Customer Care (CC) will play a pivotal role in collaborating with the Analytics Product Owner and Business Analysts (BAs) within the CC and CE domains to ensure the delivery of precise analytics to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert data into formats that align with the specific requirements of our diverse customer base.
• Collaborate with BAs and Product Owners to create experiences that fulfill customer expectations.
• Work alongside Data Engineers and Scientists to comprehend the creation of data assets, models, and backend algorithms, ensuring accurate and efficient output.
• Continuously develop expertise in various analytical tools to empower users in maximizing the utility of our data, models, and algorithms. Engage in external forums to explore best practices and innovative solutions that enhance value.
• Forge partnerships with IT, the CC and CE Automation teams, and other relevant parties to unlock new opportunities.

Essential Qualities:
• Demonstrates curiosity and seeks to understand the genuine needs of customers to provide optimal solutions.
• Recognizes the significance of interaction in maximizing user insights and actionable outcomes.
• Strives to simplify processes for users, facilitating adoption and maintenance wherever feasible.

Qualifications:
• A technical degree in IT, Engineering, Sciences, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in delivering data through various channels to meet both straightforward and complex requirements.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytical tools.
• Experience in developing complex graphical user interfaces (GUIs) is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools for user interaction and front-end applications is advantageous.
