Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on electric vehicle charging systems
  • Assist customers with installation and planning of charging systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • Fluent English and German language skills
