Chief Pilot for HHO Operations

As a key member of our aviation team, you will execute operations involving helicopter and helideck activities to offshore facilities, vessels, and wind turbines in the North Sea region.
Responsibilities and Duties- Stay updated with applicable Belgian, Dutch, and International aviation regulations and best practices;
- Conduct operations in accordance with NHV's standard operating procedures;
- Ensure the safe execution of flights, including route planning, fuel assessments, navigation, and terrain monitoring;
- Guarantee the safety of passengers and cargo throughout the flight;
- Exhibit high standards of conduct and professionalism as a representative of NHV;
- Effectively manage rest periods to remain prepared for flight duties;
- Demonstrate a service-oriented attitude and the ability to positively engage with passengers;
- Adapt to changing circumstances with flexibility.
Technical Requirements:
- EASA CPL(H) License
- EASA Class 1 Medical Certification
- EASA IFR (H)ME and IFR Night Rating
- ATPL(H) Theory and MCC Certificate
Type Rating:
- Preferred: AS365 N3, H145
Flight Experience:
- Minimum of 2000 hours on rotary-wing aircraft
- At least 1000 hours as Pilot in Command
- 500 hours in Multi-Engine operations
HHO Experience:
- 200 hours of relevant HHO experience in helicopters
- 200 hoist cycles offshore, including 50 at night
Location: Candidates should reside within a 4-hour drive from Rotterdam.
SkillsLanguage Proficiency:
- English: Proficiency Level 4
- Fluency in Dutch is required
Strong ICT skills, particularly in aviation software and administrative tools.
Adherence to company procedures is essential.
