Job Description

We are seeking a local expert to improve our outreach in the Benelux region, driven by Christian Diaz's success. As a result, we need someone to build and shape the HR market locally.

Salary

This opportunity comes with a fixed salary and uncapped commission. You'll have two chances to hit your HY quota (HY1 and HY2). Achieving 110% of your target earns you a 10% bonus. Additionally, you'll enjoy:

  • Fixed salary with Uncapped commission
  • Year split into two HY1 & HY2: Two chances to hit target
  • 10% bonus when achieving 110% of your HY quota
Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales
  • 0-3 years of experience
  • Strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecasting
  • Experience in B2B sales (with SaaS platforms highly desirable)
  • Passion for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities
  • The ability to generate leads from scratch
  • Great communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivation and a clear sense of urgency
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
