In this internship, you will have the chance to support the operations of a Duty Manager within a prestigious, luxury five-star hotel.
Duty Managers oversee hotel operations and act as representatives of the management team when required. They are tasked with balancing routine responsibilities with unexpected situations, making swift and effective decisions that impact both guest satisfaction and employee welfare.
They are often viewed as proactive leaders who maintain a strategic overview, attentively observing and responding to developments while providing solutions as needed, all while mentoring and guiding colleagues to ensure consistent service and guest satisfaction.

The internship stipend is €600 gross per month, based on a 38-hour work week. Additionally, there is potential for travel reimbursement. Enjoy complimentary meals in our staff canteen daily.

What you will bring to the role
Currently pursuing a degree in hospitality management at HBO level Available for a minimum of five months Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous Flexible, serious, attentive, and confident in your abilities About our hotel
