Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. in the Netherlands.

Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the dental and medical 3D printing market, focusing on the Benelux/EMEA region. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business development, market research, and customer network building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to meet customer needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
  • Work independently with standalone responsibility, reporting to the CFO and R&D teams
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into product requirements for R&D, defining value propositions
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams to ensure successful business growth
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience, with 3-5 years in healthcare 3D printing
  • Strong leadership, self-starter, able to work independently and in teams
  • Technical affinity with business sensitivity and structured approach
  • Positive, entrepreneurial, team-oriented, with a drive for business growth
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders
  • Professional proficiency in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus
