About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned performance marketing leader to join our team at Creative Fabrica. As Head of Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention through various marketing channels, with a focus on performance-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to reach target customer segments.
- Lead efforts to acquire new subscribers through performance channels, such as SEO, SEA, affiliates, and email marketing.
- Establish key performance indicators and regularly measure and analyze marketing performance.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop the long-term performance strategy for Creative Fabrica.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in operational marketing, with 5+ years of team management experience.
- Proven track record of driving customer acquisition and retention in a B2C subscription-based business.
- Experience in owning and allocating marketing budgets efficiently, optimizing ROI on marketing spend.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEA, affiliates, referrals, and email marketing.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Amplitude, and marketing automation platforms.
