  • Recruit and engage multiple hospitals in the Netherlands to expand our real-world evidence network and foster strong relationships with healthcare providers and clinicians.
  • Coordinate the RWE strategy and activities across Europe, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Provide medical and pharmaceutical expertise in partnering with hospitals, physicians, and scientific organizations, while maintaining peer-to-peer relationships with thought leaders.
  • Deliver repeat business from owned opportunities through commercial oversight of delivery.
  • Drive pipeline development by supporting outbound and inbound digital marketing campaigns.

You will be part of an international and ambitious team of commercial leads, associates, analysts, and developers who share the mission of creating innovative analytical models that help our customers gain actionable insights into complex data.

  • 5-8+ years of relevant work experience.
  • A relevant network in hospitals and experience on C-suite level.
  • Experience in the contracting process within hospitals.
  • A proven record of sales results and a structured way of working.
  • A pragmatic 'can-do' mentality.
  • A strong drive and desire to have an impact on the business.
  • A commercial mindset and ability to build relationships easily.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare background is a plus.
  • Experience in real-world evidence or healthcare analytics is a plus.
