Job Title: Onshore WROV Coordinator

Join Boskalis Marine Services as a WROV Onshore Coordinator and take on a challenging role that requires coordination and management of worldwide WROV operations and maintenance activities from our onshore base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate WROV operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain schedules for WROV Maintenance & Repair programs.
  • Liaise with offshore WROV teams for seamless communication and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on WROV system performance, including budgets.
  • Ensure WROV operations adhere to safety regulations and best practices.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for WROV systems.
  • Manage inventory and procurement of spare parts and consumables for WROV operations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of WROV equipment and facilities.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation and reports on WROV operations.
  • Collaborate with Operation managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Liaise with and manage subcontractors on WROV services.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience in working with electronics, hydraulics, and/or mechanics.
  • Experience with Work Class ROVs is preferred.
  • Offshore experience is preferred.
  • Education (bachelor's) degree in mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering, Marine Technology, or a related field.
  • A team player mentality.
  • Willingness to travel globally.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant software applications.
  • Knowledge of industry safety standards and best practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Professional English communication skills.
