Executive Culinary Manager

We are seeking a skilled Executive Culinary Manager to lead our kitchen team at The Seafood Bar in Amsterdam. As the head of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Menu Planning and Development: Collaborate with our chefs to design innovative and sustainable menus that showcase our commitment to quality and creativity.
- Kitchen Management: Oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
- Team Leadership: Foster a positive and productive work environment by leading and developing your team members, providing coaching and mentoring opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide your team.
- Strong knowledge of seafood cuisine and industry trends, with a passion for innovation and creativity.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Fluency in Dutch or English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from €36,000 to €48,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive:
- Tips ranging from €8,400 to €11,040 annually (based on a full-time contract).
- Travel allowance of up to €3,000 per year.
- Pension plan.
- Holiday allowance: 8%.

- 26 vacation days.
