Job Title: Customer Support

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Support specialist for our client's office in the Benelux market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Offer product advice and support to dealers, stores, users, and colleagues, fostering strong relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Manage orders, provide pricing and delivery information, and communicate changes to customers, ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate closely with the Territory Manager to develop and execute sales strategies, driving profitability within the assigned area.
  • Identify and convert sales opportunities into sales, leveraging proactive and solution-focused approach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and stores in the territory, conducting regular visits and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects, driving process enhancements and contributing to the company's growth.
Requirements:
  • Excellent French (native or near-native), B2+ level Dutch, and English language proficiency.
  • Passion for cycling, with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with a proactive and sales-oriented approach.
  • Strong IT proficiency, including MS Office, MS Teams, MS Dynamics CRM, and JDE.
  • MBO+ level educational background and prior experience in B2B customer interactions.
