About the role:

To deliver high-quality technical support to customers in a global Medical Capital Equipment environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing remote technical support via phone, email, or virtual applications to internal and external customers, with a focus on the EMEA region.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and virtual applications;
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to medical devices, including hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems;
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues;
  • Participating in on-going training and procedural review activities to stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments;
  • Providing guidance and training to team members on technical issues and system improvements.

What we are looking for:

  • Education level: MBO+/HBO level or equivalent, experience in technical specialization;
  • Excellent English verbal and writing skills, with proficiency in at least one additional language (German, French, Italian, or Dutch);
  • Technical background and proficiency in computer systems and software;
  • Relevant experience in technical problem-solving environments, distribution, sales, and direct customer interaction;
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ambition, eagerness to improve, and a drive for results.
