We are looking for a skilled Process Mining Specialist to join our team at ABN AMRO, where you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and process optimization.
Job DescriptionIn this challenging position, you will be responsible for enabling process mining within our business units by initiating new projects, guiding stakeholders on how to get value out of process mining, and educating them on how to optimize and stay in control of their processes. Your tasks may vary from data engineering, process analyses, and creating root-cause analyses to identification of improvement initiatives such as reducing re-work rates or reducing throughput times.
As a bridge between technical and business stakeholders, one of your important tasks is to formulate business cases and clearly communicate these to your stakeholders on various levels. You will function as a sparring partner for stakeholders and manage different perspectives.
Your ProfileWe seek a versatile team member with a Bachelors or Masters degree in business analytics, process engineering, data science, or related studies. As a Process Mining Specialist, you should hold the following competences:
- Fluent English and Dutch (both spoken and written) with persuasive communication and presentation skills.
- First-hand experience with Celonis, preferably with official certification. Making data fit for process mining purposes is not a challenge for you.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in stakeholder management, consultancy, and/or project management.
- You have a critical mindset focused on continuous improvement – you enjoy challenging the status quo.
- Drive and passion to improve business processes in a structural manner and know how to translate this identified value into a strategic context.
- The ability to further professionalize offerings with regards to enabling process mining.
- You are an adaptive person; you watch trends in the process mining domain and are not afraid of applying modern technologies and solutions.
A plus would be having 7+ years of experience in the Data & Analytics, BPM, AI, BI fields and having a vision on what role process mining will play in the future.
We also appreciate excellent storytelling skills, proven in complex stakeholder landscapes, as well as experience with technical guidance and training of stakeholder groups.
What We OfferAt ABN AMRO, we offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on your experience. This amount reflects the estimated compensation based on the current market rate for similar positions in the financial sector in Amsterdam. However, please note that actual salaries can vary based on individual qualifications and circumstances.
