The Digital Marketing Coordinator at Booking is tasked with overseeing CPC-based advertising initiatives on Metasearch platforms. This pivotal role operates within the Metasearch domain, central to the Travel sector, where you will contribute to shaping Booking's Meta strategy. Your responsibilities will encompass account and relationship management with significant strategic partners (e.g., Tripadvisor, Trivago).
You will focus on cultivating robust, collaborative relationships with advertising partners, ensuring that financial objectives are met while identifying and prioritizing new product opportunities and optimizations.
Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with the Meta bidding, analytics, and product/tech teams to execute the channel strategy and optimize advertising expenditure towards defined critical metrics.
You will lead and manage projects for your Meta accounts from inception to completion: conducting research, identifying and prioritizing tasks, gaining consensus, implementing strategies, and measuring outcomes. A data-driven approach will be essential in determining and prioritizing initiatives that deliver value to the team, channel, and organization.
Main Responsibilities
Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:
Daily management of strategic advertising campaigns on metasearch websites. Leading projects from start to finish: researching, identifying, prioritizing, gaining consensus, implementing, and measuring results. Utilizing data to pinpoint and prioritize work that adds value to the team and/or organization. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders globally across various departments. Working closely with the analytics team to optimize advertising spend towards established critical metrics. Analyzing performance data and translating it into actionable strategies to drive business growth while maintaining return on investment. Collaborating with the team to brainstorm and develop innovative solutions for digital marketing opportunities.Qualifications and Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus. Fundamental understanding and experience in analytics and SQL. Strong commercial awareness and solid grasp of digital marketing KPIs. Proven experience in managing external relationships. Track record of owning performance targets and demonstrating achievement. Familiarity with data reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio). Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets. Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Capacity to influence partners and peers.Desirable Qualifications:
Experience managing substantial budgets. Familiarity with metasearch platforms. Strong analytical capabilities. Experience collaborating with data scientists and developers. Background in Product Management or Project Management.Communication & Attributes:
Proven ability to deliver innovative solutions in uncertain situations. Highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented. Ability to recognize opportunities.
