About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team. This entry-level combination sales role involves both inbound and outbound calls from inbound leads, with a focus on building and maintaining meaningful customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and select accounts to target.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet quarterly qualified opportunity quotas.
- Communicate effectively with C-level and VP-level Executives to address business needs.
- Maintain and update regularly used sales tools and technologies.
Requirements
- Be able to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
- Have 0 to 12 months of Sales or Customer-Facing experience.
- Have excellent customer service skills and sales acumen.
- Be eager to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
- Have the proven ability to meet performance goals, consistently delivering happiness to customers.
- Be passionate about personal and professional growth within the sales domain.
- Be willing to take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency and enthusiasm.
- Be able to rebound from setbacks and adversity when facing difficult situations.
- Proficient level fluency in Swedish and English is preferred.
