Acronis is a global leader in cyber protection, providing natively integrated solutions for managed service providers (MSPs), small and medium businesses (SMBs), enterprise IT departments, and home users.

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership and Growth Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for establishing, managing, and growing Acronis' presence within existing and new service provider partners.

About the Role
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic partnership development and management.
  • Collaborate with sales managers and leaders at service providers to increase Acronis' market share and customer base.
  • Develop and implement sales initiatives to drive incremental Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth.
  • Train, onboard, and enable new and prospective service providers to ensure seamless adoption of Acronis Cyber Protection services.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and Business Planning Sessions with assigned service provider partners.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of total sales/account management experience, with a strong background in backup, disaster recovery, security, and/or cloud technologies.
  • 3+ years of strategic large account management experience.
  • Solid business development, planning, and acumen, along with strong tactical implementation sales skills.
  • Technical aptitude to deliver sales and product training, with a strong understanding of product positioning and client technical needs.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM applications, including Salesforce.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Regional travel required, up to 50% of the time.
