Software Support Specialist

We zijn op zoek naar een gedreven Customer Support Specialist die zichzelf wil ontwikkelen binnen onze organisatie. Als klantenservice-expert zul je een belangrijke rol spelen in het leveren van topkwaliteitsteun aan onze klanten.
Verantwoordelijkheden- Je analyseert klantenvragen en vindt creatieve oplossingen om deze op te lossen;
- Je werkt samen met collega's van de 2e en 3e lijn om complexe zaken op te lossen;
- Je geniet ervan om klantcontact te maken en klanten te helpen;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het nakomen van afspraken met klanten en intern;
- Je vindt verbeteringen in het product en proces en doet voorstellen om deze door te voeren;
- Je hebt ervaring opgedaan met het ondersteunen van software applicaties;
- Je hebt HBO werk- en/ of denkniveau;
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en beheersing van de Nederlandse taal;
- Je bent bereid tot ontwikkeling op zowel persoonlijk als op inhoudelijk gebied;
- Je werkt graag in een team;
- Je bent analytisch, secuur en servicegericht;
- Je hebt doorzettingsvermogen en bezit een grote mate van zelfstandigheid;
- Je bent 32 tot 40 uur beschikbaar en spreekt goed Nederlands.
- Een uitdagende en zelfstandige functie, waarbij ruimte is voor eigen inbreng;
- Een informele werkomgeving waarbij jouw ideeën en inspiratie belangrijk zijn;
- Een plaats binnen een professioneel, groeiend en dynamisch bedrijf. Je krijgt de ruimte om hybride te werken, waarbij je (minimaal) 2 dagen per week op kantoor bent. De overige dagen mag je vanuit huis werken;
- Marktconforme primaire en secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden;
- Leuke bedrijfsuitjes georganiseerd door de personeelsvereniging.
Onze organisatie is een softwarebedrijf dat in omgeving Breda en in Sittard gevestigd is. We werken samen met een overkoepelende Europese organisatie waaraan circa 150 autonome bedrijven verbonden zijn, die allen specialistische software oplossingen bieden voor een gerichte markt. Dit biedt ook voor jou enorme groeikansen.
