We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Support Specialist to join our team at Samsung SDS Smart Logistics. As a key member of our Engineering Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics systems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-line support for operational system issues across multiple sites
- Diagnose and prioritize issues, determining necessary actions to resolve them
- Communicate effectively with colleagues from various disciplines within the organization
- Escalate issues as required, working collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex problems
- Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of changing transport and warehouse processes
- Monitor follow-up actions to ensure issues are fully resolved
- Proof system issues in the test system, suggesting structural solutions in cooperation with Logistics Engineering and Operations
- Participate in customer implementation and/or process changes, including testing and go-live support
- Identify process deviations and translate them into solutions and improvement proposals
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with a flexible and accurate approach
- 1-3 years of working experience in a warehousing role, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and/or coordination
- Willingness to work in shift rotation (currently between 06:00 and 23:00)
- Eager to learn and take on new challenges
- A proficient level of English, with experience working with MS Office, mainly Excel
- Relevant experience with TMS and WMS systems, with the ability to travel between warehouses as required
- A competitive salary of €16.21 per hour
- Attractive shift allowance of 130% after 18:00
