Operator Three Shifts

Olympia is seeking a skilled and motivated operator to join their team in the Weert region. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the cheese processing lines.
Your primary duties will include:
- Setting up and maintaining production lines;
- Monitoring the production process to ensure quality and efficiency;
- Managing and training production staff;
- Performing quality control checks;
- Weighing and recording cheese products;
- Generating reports and collaborating with the foreman to optimize planning, quality, and efficiency;
- Performing other tasks as required to support the production team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of production processes and be able to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
Requirements
- MBL working and/or thinking level;
- Experience in implementing improvements is an advantage;
- Previous experience in a similar function, preferably in the food industry;
- Ability to manage colleagues and maintain an overview of the process;
- Right work mentality and openness to feedback;
- Willingness to work three shifts.
Working Conditions
- Structural position with possibility of permanent contract;
- Salary starting from €2300 bruto per month, depending on age and experience;
- Allowances of 130/140% between 18:00 and 07:00 hours;
- Nice travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer from 10km;
- Full-time work from Monday to Friday;
- Work takes place in three shifts (06:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00 and 22:00 to 06:00);
