About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Profitap, a European manufacturer of cutting-edge network monitoring solutions. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for working with our Sales Manager to retain, nourish, and grow existing strategic customer accounts, as well as develop and close new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets and goals assigned to the focus territory.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and to develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Profitap's products and services.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
Requirements:
- Exceptional selling and negotiating skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Established relationships in the industry, with a strong network of contacts and connections.
- Familiarity with at least one of the following areas: Networking security, Network Communications, Data Analytics, Ethernet switching technologies, and Network Performance Management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with all levels within customer and partner organizations.
About You:
- Reside in the Eindhoven region, with the ability to work in the Netherlands.
- Hold a degree in Sales, International Business Management, or a similar field.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Be flexible and able to self-manage, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be task-oriented and able to think outside the box, with a strong ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing circumstances.
