Job Description

In this role, you will report to the Manager - Global Sales Incentives and partner across the organization with Leadership, Sales Operations, HR, Finance, to ensure accurate processing of incentive compensation for sales teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Own the administration of sales incentives for all sales FTEs;
  • Resolve queries/disputes from sales stakeholders within agreed timelines;
  • Contribute to the development of Sales Incentive toolings, data infrastructure and process management;
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance and BI to ensure accurate payouts across all markets;
  • Provide proposals, reporting and support to enable informed decision-making on future incentive programs.
About You

We are looking for an experienced professional in Sales Operations, Finance or Advisory roles who can structure complex problems, conduct data-driven analysis and come up with recommendations.

You should have a strong focus on continuous improvement, experience with Databases, SQL and BI tools (e.g. Tableau) and a high level of Excel skills.

A minimum of $85,000 per year salary is offered to successful candidates based on their qualifications and experience.
