Global Lending Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the global head of lending delivery management in our Wholesale Banking Lending Organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the global head of lending delivery management, including scheduling appointments, managing the diary, and performing administrative tasks.
- Assess priority, sensitivity, and purpose of appointments, and take care of the administrative handling of new staff/transfers/leavers, expense management.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements, and plan and manage all business and social events for the department.
- Coordinate office services, such as IT/helpdesk, personnel, and work closely with the PA of the Head of Lending.
- Solid track record in secretarial experience, high degree of organizational awareness.
- Knowledge of systems such as Workday and Aveksa is a prerequisite.
- Good MS Office skills, excellent Dutch and English language skills (written as well as spoken).
- Ability to work in an environment with fast-changing priorities, conscientious, accurate, and approachable.
- Good organizational skills, structured way of working, exceptional follow-through, focus, and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills – verbal and written, good problem-solving skills, active listening, time management, continuous learning.
