Job Description

Role Overview:

The Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the office management team at BTS. This is an entry-level role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with experienced colleagues to understand the role, how we work with clients, and our systems.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support to coordinate and deploy programs to regional and global clients.
  • Support the office management team with day-to-day tasks, including arranging and shipping printed materials and IT equipment.
  • Assist with complex and involved programs of work, working with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful client projects.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service ethic.
  • Higher professional education (HBO) or equivalent.
  • Pro-active, structured, and organized to support the rollout of programs.
  • Resilient and adaptable, open to navigating change and ambiguity.
  • Ability to work at pace and manage workload and balance shifting priorities.
  • Professional maturity, confidence, curiosity, and proactivity.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to maintain data accurately and use multiple digital platforms.

Location:
