Job Summary

Etihad Airways is seeking a highly skilled Sales Officer to join its Cargo Revenue Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing volumes through effective commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize volumes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and challenges, and develop solutions to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial decisions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in a commercial or revenue management role, preferably in the airline industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
