About the Job

As a Commercial Sales Manager at Siemens Energy, you will play a key role in driving the company's transformation of the industry. You will be responsible for providing high-quality commercial and financial expertise in the offer and execution phases, ensuring that bids and opportunities meet the highest standards.

You will collaborate with the sales manager to ensure that all aspects of the bid and offer process are handled efficiently and effectively. Your financial and contractual expertise will be essential in supporting the execution phase, ensuring that all contracts are accurate and compliant with internal guidelines.

As a member of the global FIN community, you will be part of a team striving for financial excellence. You will work closely with interface partners, including Procurement, Legal, and Taxes, to ensure that all aspects of the bid and offer process are handled smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Finance responsible for opportunities/offers/bids in area of responsibility, covering commercial, contractual, tax, and legal regulations according to internal guidelines in Siemens Energy
  • Responsible for contract quality and calculation verification together with the technical bid manager
  • Responsible for legal and commercial conditions of offers and contracts with clients, attend contract negotiations, maintaining relationships with the Sales Team in region and global functions
  • Closely cooperate with interface partners: Legal, Tax, Procurement, Accounting
  • Prepare monthly reporting in line with the requirements
  • Act as a trusted partner for the technical bid manager/management team and support decision-making processes on project- and business level
  • Coordinate and set up agreements for cross-border activities in line with internal and tax regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or similar background, apprenticeship in a finance profession
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a related field in a multinational company
  • Very good command of English and Dutch (German is an asset)
  • Team-orientation and ability to work with cross-functional, cross-regional teams
  • Analytical mind with strong planning and self-learning skills
  • Availability to travel
