About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Sales Manager to join our team at Siemens Energy. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing high-quality commercial and financial expertise in the offer and execution phases.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales manager to ensure high-quality bids and opportunities.
  • Provide financial and contractual expertise in the execution phase.
  • Support the team in preparing monthly reporting in line with requirements.
  • Act as a trusted partner for the technical bid manager and management team.
  • Coordinate and set up agreements for cross-border activities in line with internal and tax regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or a similar background.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a related field in a multinational company.
  • Very good command of English and Dutch (German is an asset).
  • Team-orientation and ability to work with cross-functional, cross-regional teams.
  • Analytical mind with strong planning and self-learning skills.
