About the Job

As a Commercial Sales Manager at Siemens Energy, you will provide high-quality commercial and financial expertise in the offer and execution phases. You will work closely with the sales manager to ensure high-quality bids and opportunities. Your financial and contractual expertise will be essential in the execution phase.

Your Responsibilities

  • Finance responsible for opportunities/offers/bids in the area of responsibility, covering commercial, contractual, tax, and legal regulations according to internal guidelines in Siemens Energy.
  • Responsible for contract quality and calculation verification together with the technical bid manager.
  • Responsible for legal and commercial conditions of offers and contracts with clients, attend contract negotiations, maintaining relationships with the Sales Team in region and global functions.
  • Closely cooperate with interface partners: Legal, Tax, Procurement, Accounting.
  • Prepare monthly reporting in line with the requirements.
  • Act as a trusted partner for the technical bid manager/management team and support decision-making processes on project- and business level.
  • Coordinate and set up agreements for cross-border activities in line with internal and tax regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, or similar background, apprenticeship in a Finance profession.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a related field in a multinational company.
  • Very good command of English and Dutch (German is an asset).
  • Team-orientation and ability to work with cross-functional, cross-regional teams.
  • Analytical mind with strong planning and self-learning skills.
  • Availability to travel.
