VP Regional Sales EMEA, Ingredient Solutions

At DSM, we are committed to accelerating profitable growth in the prioritized segments and categories. As VP Regional Sales EMEA, you will play a critical role in translating the Global Segments plan into a Regional strategic sales plan for execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sustainable financial growth by boosting (cross) sales and building strong relationships with strategic customers.
- Establish and maintain top to top relationships with key strategic customers, industry influencers, and strategic partners to realize acquisition and retention of customers and improvements in customer satisfaction.
- Own the financials (Budget, Forecasts, OPEX), set financial goals and monitor the execution of the sales plans; take corrective actions, when necessary, to achieve agreed objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments (across functions, regions, Global BU) to align on KPIs and shape sales strategies with Group/BU goals.
- Provide leadership, motivation, coaching the EMEA sales leadership team and the sales teams, setting goals, and providing individual and team guidance to improve skills and high performance.
- Support the Sales Team to develop, define, negotiate, and conclude with customers long term sales contracts, conduct value added business alliances, to realize their sales objectives and agreed Customer Services Levels (CSL).

- At least 10-15 years of experience in a comparable sales leadership position in a B2B environment.
- University degree in business, nutrition science or equivalent experience, MBA/EMBA preferred.
- Experience in leadership of large teams in different cultures with a high level of integrity.
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity and complexity, strong customer centricity and internal stakeholders' management.
- In-depth knowledge of the business process, marketing & sales and business processes.
