Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Support Coordinator to join our team in Rotterdam, Netherlands. As a key member of our Customer Service department, you will be responsible for handling customs activities, including export/import manifests, in-bond handling, and customs declarations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and deliver high-quality support to our customers.
  • Handle customs activities, including export/import manifests, in-bond handling, and customs declarations.
  • Monitor customs rejections and acceptances, and handle House Bill mismatches.
  • Follow standard processes and new requirements as communicated by management.

Requirements

  • At least MBO thinking and working level and at least 2 years' experience in a similar position or interest in shipping.
  • Trainings in the field related to the position are a plus.
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language and good command of the English language both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work well with common IT systems and applications.
