About the Role

Hapag-Lloyd AG is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our Customer Service Support team as a Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless customs activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring timely and accurate handling of customs activities, including export/import manifests, in-bond handling, and customs declarations.
  • Monitor customs rejections and acceptances, and handle House Bill mismatches in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement standard processes and new requirements as communicated by management.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position or interest in shipping.
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language and good command of the English language, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work well with common IT systems and applications.
