Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Support Coordinator to join our team in Rotterdam. As a key hub in our global network, our Rotterdam office is strategically located near the Port of Rotterdam, one of the busiest and most important ports in the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers
  • Handle customs activities, including export/import manifests, in-bond handling, and customs declarations
  • Monitor customs rejections and acceptances, and handle House Bill mismatches
  • Follow standard processes and new requirements as communicated by management

Requirements

  • At least MBO thinking and working level and at least 2 years' experience in a similar position or interest in shipping
  • Trainings in the field related to the position are a plus
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language and good command of the English language both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work well with common IT systems and applications
