Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at HE Space. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our department, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional service to our team members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Manage email and phone communications, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Ensure the office is well-organized and equipped with necessary supplies and materials.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
