We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in the hospitality and leisure industry. As part of our B2B Department, you will be responsible for driving business expansion at top-tier partners such as restaurants, gyms, and spas.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. A solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications is also essential. Additionally, experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality and cosmetics industries would be beneficial.

In this role, you will support our Marketing Partnerships Team with various tasks, including project management, event organization, and data analysis. You will also have the opportunity to participate in partner visits, sales conversations, and internal meetings, allowing you to develop your skills and expertise.

**Estimated Salary:** €1,800 - €2,200 per month (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Marketing Partnerships Team with dedicated projects, operational requests, briefings, and reporting
  • Organize events, create presentation decks, and participate in partner visits
  • Analyze data, share results, and contribute to the development of new market approaches

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (higher education/university)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Affinity with the hospitality and food service industry, as well as cosmetics
  • Strong command of English and Dutch, both written and verbally
