About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ad Sales Manager to join our Amazon Ads team in the Benelux region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the success and growth of our full-funnel advertising solutions in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly quota goals and drive revenue growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with agencies and advertiser decision makers in the TV and Digital landscape.
  • Stay up-to-date on the evolving video advertising industry in the Benelux, competitive landscape, and product offerings to position Amazon Ads as a premier advertising partner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide holistic advertising solutions and negotiate and close annual advertising commitments with agency and advertisers' stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of media sales experience.
  • Excellent Dutch and English communication skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling complex, high-value advertising solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate the decision-making process within large organizations to consistently close deals.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ year of agency experience.
  • Thorough understanding of the Benelux video advertising landscape, including trends and the evolving digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to work cross-functionally to drive customer success.
