Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability in assigned customer accounts and new clients.
- Maintain and grow relationships with customers to pursue profitable growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal resources to ensure success in sales activities.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is a must.
- Technical sales experience in a B2B environment, such as food ingredients, specialty chemicals, or other technical and value-added products.
- A strategic approach to developing business and winning new accounts, along with the drive and passion to win.
- Ability to navigate large accounts and partner with key decision makers for innovative new product development projects.
- Regular travel across the territory and trade shows.
- Comprehensive onboarding and training to ensure a solid foundation in the organization and its products.
- Support in working cross-functionally with R&D, Commercial, Operational, and Service teams.
