Account Director Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned Account Director to spearhead our growth in Amsterdam. As a key member of our team, you'll drive award-winning campaigns for top-tier clients, lead pitches, and develop new business opportunities. Your day-to-day will involve client service, creativity, and international collaboration across our global offices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Leadership: Develop and execute multi-market campaigns, build trusted client relationships, and lead projects from brief to execution.
  • New Business: Identify growth areas, lead pitches, and develop RFI/RFP proposals.
  • Senior Counsel: Guide and advise clients on communications and marketing strategies, including PR, digital, social, and content creation.
  • Creative Excellence: Drive innovative client programs and integrated campaigns, working across all touchpoints.
  • Team Leadership: Manage multidisciplinary teams, develop team members, and stimulate personal and professional growth.
  • Financial Forecasting & Management: Forecast, plan, and report on finances, ensuring accounts run smoothly and on-budget.

What We're Looking For:
  • Strong track record of media relations, strategic communications, and creativity.
  • Proven client service experience, managing complex projects and stakeholders.
  • Experience working with significant budgets, financial planning, and client financial models.
  • Proven leadership skills, ability to inspire and unite teams, and successfully sell concepts to clients.
  • Excellent writing skills, including experience writing press releases and providing feedback to junior members.
  • Bonus points for experience working on FMCG, Tech, and Health brands.
