Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at INDG. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of mid-market customers, driving their success, and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a book of customers, assuming responsibility for their objectives and success with our solutions.
- Lead commercial conversations related to renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close renewal agreements.
- Assess customer status through tools and conversations to drive satisfaction, adoption, retention, and reduce churn.
- Identify new sales and business development opportunities, working with the sales and strategic account management team.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer goals and needs.
- Master our software, working closely with the product team for feedback and future roadmap direction.
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management at a SaaS company.
- Fluent in English and Dutch, any other language is a bonus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to progress effectively with clients and high-level executives.
- Ability to identify and drive commercial opportunities, a sales background is beneficial.
- Empathetic and persuasive, with a strong mix of emotional intelligence and business savviness.
