Unlike black-box solutions, our software empowers companies to effortlessly implement their own AI-based search and recommendation strategies.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and dynamic Partner Manager to join our core team.
As a Partner Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with sales partners and e-commerce platform providers.
You will also further develop our sales strategy and customer portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales and partnership strategies, including marketing initiatives, co-selling, and collaborative product development to increase the visibility of our products.
- Identify and recruit potential channel partners, such as digital agencies and system integrators, who can resell, implement, and support our products and services.
- Establish partnerships with technology companies, vendors, and service providers in the e-commerce space, particularly in ecosystems like SAP Commerce, Magento, Shopware, BigCommerce, and Shopify.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify new business development opportunities and develop sales strategies.
- Provide sales tools, training, and resources to enable our partners to effectively promote and sell Sparque.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and engineering, to develop customized solutions and joint go-to-market strategies.
- Several years of experience in e-commerce platforms or software.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, and/or sales & marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills across different stakeholder groups and hierarchy levels.
- High level of self-motivation and results-orientation.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- Willingness to work regular office days (by arrangement) at our location in Utrecht (NL).
