Head of E-Commerce Operations

The RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our E-Commerce Accounts team. As the Head of E-Commerce Accounts, you'll play a critical role in driving growth and delivering commercial success in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial targets through our EMEA marketplaces.
- Collaborate with local heads of sales to develop trade plans and drive business growth.
- Lead annual negotiations with key partners to secure value-added opportunities.
- Oversee the development of high-quality forecasts to maximize availability on marketplaces.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with external accounts and partners to unlock new value-added opportunities.
- Ensure owners receive a fantastic experience every day.
- Manage budgets to optimize investment and drive return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Lead and develop a team of 4 FTE, setting clear objectives and removing obstacles to drive performance.
- Minimum 8-10+ years of experience in managing E-commerce retailers and pure players, either in a commercial role or in sales.
- Proven experience in leading regional negotiations across multiple markets and stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with core account management and planning competencies, including forecasting, promo planning, budget management, and merchandising.
- Experience managing and leading teams in a matrixed structure.
- High-level commercial acumen and analytical ability.
- Energized by commercial challenges and driving performance.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical issues in simple terms.
- Fluent in English, with an additional EMEA language beneficial.
