Product Director

At Anywhere365, we're seeking a skilled Product Manager to drive the success of our product portfolio. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and beyond. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps, aligning them with our company's vision and market trends. You'll also coordinate all aspects of the product lifecycle, conduct market research, gather customer insights, and identify new product opportunities and enhancements. Additionally, you'll define product requirements, create user stories, and collaborate with development teams to deliver high-quality products on time. Your strong experience in a multidisciplinary field, spanning user experience (UX), business, and technology, will be invaluable in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps, aligning them with the company's vision and market trend;
- Coordinate all the moving parts of the product lifecycle, from ideation and development, right through to launch and beyond;
- Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and identify new product opportunities and enhancements;
- Define product requirements, create user stories, and collaborate with development teams to deliver high-quality products on time;
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create effective go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and pricing;
- Monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and drive product innovation;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product launches, providing training and support as necessary;
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to drive product differentiation and maintain a competitive edge;
- Understand both the end user's needs and the overarching business goals.

Requirements:
- In-depth experience within the field of Product management;
- Experience in fast-growing companies within the B2B SaaS industry;
- Proven track record in launching impactful products, preferably with affinity for AI;
- Strong experience in a multidisciplinary field, spanning user experience (UX), business, and technology;
- Understanding of the technical aspects of product development;
- Proven track record in ambiguous settings, breaking them down into concrete actions and workstreams.
