Become a part of the Corendon family as our new Morning Culinary Specialist
We are looking for a dedicated breakfast cook to join our team at one of our hotels in the Amsterdam region. Corendon operates three hotels in the Netherlands:
- Corendon Village Hotel (Badhoevedorp)
- Corendon City Hotel (Amsterdam Nieuw West)
- The College Hotel, Autograph Collection by Marriott (Amsterdam Oud Zuid)

What will your responsibilities entail?
As a Morning Culinary Specialist, you will play a vital role in the preparation and presentation of breakfast offerings while ensuring a high standard of service in an open kitchen setting.
- Fostering strong relationships with colleagues and upholding the company's values of Openness, Honesty, and Respect (OER principle) is crucial.
- You will also be expected to adhere to the company's sustainability practices and assist with additional tasks as directed by the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to optimize business potential.
- You should be flexible, including availability on weekends.
- As an early riser, you will be able to start your shifts from 5:00 AM.
- A passion for cooking is essential, along with comprehensive knowledge of various dishes, as you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills.
- You should be service-oriented, welcoming, and sociable.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is necessary.
- You will need to identify issues, recognize significant information, and establish connections, allowing you to pinpoint potential causes and propose effective solutions.
