Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Treasury Business Manager at BNG Bank. As a key member of our Treasury & Capital Markets department, you will play a crucial role in driving our data-driven approach to decision-making and ensuring the effective management of financial risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a robust data governance framework to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of our financial data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate operational risks, including the development and implementation of key controls and monitoring frameworks.
  • Act as a product owner to drive the digitalization of dealing room processes and ensure the effective management of financial systems.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on data governance, risk management, and financial systems.
