Are you a sales professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for cloud-based business solutions? We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Oracle NetSuite.

About the Role

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Dutch market. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with key decision-makers, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and understand prospective customer needs, personas, processes, projects, and requirements to ascertain potential solutions.
  • Perform outbound prospecting through cold-calling, emails, and social media to generate high-quality, BANT-qualified leads that can be promoted to sales.
  • Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite solutions and our value proposition to speak around value and return on investment vs technical functionalities.
  • Maintain a high volume of tailored, strategic, multi-channel outreach for your target accounts.
  • Confidently interact with and influence key personnel up to and including executives at the highest levels of an organization.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with the account executives that you support.
  • Prioritize your time and accounts effectively to ensure success.
Requirements
  • Native level of Dutch and fluency in English (additional languages advantageous).
  • BS/BA degree in Business Management, Finance, or Economics.
  • Minimum 12 months of professional sales experience involving researching, prospecting, cold-calling, and consistent achievement of quota attainment.
  • Adaptable, resilient, self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a desire to succeed.
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
