Burberry is consistently seeking talented individuals for the role of Client Advisor. In this position, you will cultivate relationships with both new and existing clients, providing a bespoke and elevated shopping experience that aligns with our commercial objectives. Reporting to the store management, the Client Advisor will engage clients by sharing a deep passion for the Burberry brand, fashion, and luxury items.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES AND SERVICE

  • Achieve and surpass individual and store sales targets along with other commercial KPIs.
  • Deliver an exceptional luxury service while showcasing extensive knowledge of products, fashion trends, and styling techniques.
  • Enhance the Client journey to enrich the overall shopping experience.
  • Efficiently manage follow-ups and provide after-sales services to clients.
  • Support daily store operations by upholding high luxury standards in both customer-facing and behind-the-scenes areas, including product availability, inventory management, markdowns, and stockroom upkeep as necessary.

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

  • Establish and nurture meaningful relationships with clients.
  • Work by appointment to offer personalized services that foster loyalty and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Attract new luxury clients to expand the individual and store client database with a focus on commercial growth.
  • Enhance client retention by maintaining regular contact and ensuring appropriate follow-up on sales or client inquiries.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • A proven history of achieving sales goals and exceeding expectations in the luxury retail sector.
  • Prior experience in clienteling.
  • A strong enthusiasm for fashion, art, and culture.
  • Comprehensive product knowledge and a solid understanding of retail operations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Fluency in English is required.
