Client Engagement Specialist

At Burberry, we are continuously seeking talented individuals for the role of Client Advisor. This position focuses on fostering connections with both new and existing clientele, ensuring a bespoke and elevated shopping experience that drives commercial success. Reporting directly to store management, the Client Advisor will engage clients with a genuine passion for the Burberry brand, as well as fashion and luxury items.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
SALES AND SERVICE
- Achieve and surpass personal and store sales objectives along with other commercial performance indicators.
- Deliver a premium service while showcasing expertise in products, fashion trends, and styling.
- Enhance the Client journey to enrich their in-store experience.
- Efficiently manage follow-ups and provide after-sales support to our clientele.
- Assist in the daily operations of the store, upholding high luxury standards in both customer-facing and behind-the-scenes areas, including inventory management and stockroom upkeep.
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Establish meaningful connections with clients.
- Work on an appointment basis to offer tailored services and cultivate client loyalty, leading to increased purchases.
- Attract new luxury clients to expand the individual and store client database with a focus on commercial growth.
- Encourage client retention by maintaining regular contact and ensuring timely follow-ups on sales or client inquiries.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets within the luxury retail sector.
- Prior experience in clienteling is preferred.
- A strong passion for fashion, art, and culture.
- Comprehensive product knowledge and a solid understanding of retail operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Fluency in English is required.
