Mechanical Lead Engineer in EUV Scanner Infrastructure Layout Group

Job Summary
ASML is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mechanical Lead Engineer to join our EUV Scanner Infrastructure Layout Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the conceptualization, detailed design, and technical product documentation of our EUV scanners.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate performance specifications into design specifications for EUV scanner components.
- Steer technical discussions towards the best design solution that meets all requirements.
- Drive solution implementation to meet quality and timing.
- Ensure the design is documented with proper models and drawings.
- Interface with internal customers and suppliers.
- Define and execute final tests to verify specifications in cooperation with module integration into the complex ASML systems.
- Create hardware roadmap based on the (sub-)function roadmap.
- Gather data from suppliers, the factory, and the field as input for the hardware roadmap and share lessons learned with technical competencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in mechanical and industrial engineering, aerospace engineering, or related fields.
- Solid design experience in relevant industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in a lead engineer role.
- Excellent knowledge in the field manufacturability of mechanical parts.
- Technical communication with suppliers.
- Experience with NX (unigraphics) or similar CAD program required.
