Mechanical Lead Engineer in the MC EUV Scanner Infrastructure Group

ASML's Development & Engineering division is seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer to join our Machine Conditioning team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for the conceptualization, detailed design, and technical product documentation of temperature control and gas conditioning systems for our lithography machines.
Key Responsibilities- Translate performance specifications into design specifications for temperature control and gas conditioning systems.
- Steer technical discussions towards the best design solution that meets all requirements.
- Drive solution implementation to meet quality and timing.
- Interface with internal customers and suppliers to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Define and execute final tests to verify specifications in cooperation with module integration into complex ASML systems.
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in mechanical and industrial engineering, aerospace engineering, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in a lead engineer role.
- Excellent knowledge in the field of manufacturability of mechanical parts.
- Technical communication with suppliers.
- Experience with NX (unigraphics) or similar CAD program required.
- Highly motivated team player with excellent social, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to perform independently in a highly dynamic environment.
- Ability to organize work effectively and have a systematic approach in problem-solving.
- Ability to provide technical direction, motivate, and convince a team of professionals.
